Growing up, Kristin always thought she’d become an Orthodontist—she was that rare kid who actually enjoyed trips to the dentist and didn’t mind having braces. Her interest in people and what makes them tick led her to study Psychology, where she deepened her curiosity about human behavior. Life had a few surprises in store, and she found herself working in banking for a while before discovering her true passion in HR, where she now gets to help people thrive every day.

When Kristin is not at work, you'll likely find her enjoying tacos, spending time with her dogs, or hanging out with family. In years past, she was a ski instructor and a dedicated athlete, competing in basketball, soccer, and track. She’s always up for a challenge, a road trip, or a spontaneous weekend getaway.
