Jennifer leads the Private Banking division and works closely with successful individuals, families, professionals, and business owners to provide personalized banking solutions and exceptional client service. With more than 30 years of banking experience, Jennifer is known for building trusted relationships and helping clients navigate their financial needs through customized lending, deposit, and wealth-related banking strategies. She was appointed Director of Private Banking in 2024 and is responsible for guiding the growth and strategic direction of the bank's private banking efforts.

Originally from Auburn, Alabama, Jennifer attended Vanderbilt University and has called Middle Tennessee home ever since. Her commitment to the community is reflected through extensive leadership and volunteer service across the region. Jennifer is a graduate of both Leadership Middle Tennessee and Leadership Brentwood, two premier programs dedicated to developing community-minded leaders. She previously served as Board Chair of Habitat for Humanity of Williamson-Maury, helping advance affordable housing initiatives and community development efforts. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee and is an active member of the Brentwood Rotary Club, supporting organizations that strengthen communities through service, education, and leadership development.
